Space & Membership Terms
Your booking
Your space is reserved for the time you booked, including setup and teardown. Please arrive on time and leave the room as you found it. Running over is billed at the hourly rate if the next slot is free.
Equipment & care
Use studio gear as shown by our team. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear caused by you or your guests. Tell us about any issue right away.
Guests & capacity
Stay within the listed capacity for your space. You are responsible for your guests, and everyone must follow the House Rules and Terms of Conduct.
Your content
You own what you create here. You are responsible for releases, licenses and permissions for the people, music and material in your recordings.
Membership access
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Do not share your access code or keycard. We may suspend access for breaking the House Rules.
Belongings & liability
Use of the space is at your own risk. xTribe is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings or data — back up your files before you leave.
