Studios & rooms
Cancel 72 hours or more before your booking starts for a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within 72 hours are not refunded.
Day passes
Non-refundable once used. A pass counts as used once its access code has opened the door.
Memberships
Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next charge. Payments are non-refundable after first use or after a renewal.
xTribe Card & gift cards
Value you paid for, including gift cards and money you add to your xTribe Card, never expires. Credit we give you, such as membership perks or goodwill credits, may expire. Balances can’t be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the way you paid. Any part paid with your xTribe Card or a gift card goes back to your xTribe Card.
Studio faults
Time lost to a studio fault is credited back to you.
